Custom Engraved Stone Signature Seals

At Silk Road Enterprises, our custom made hand carved signature stone services offer you the opportunity to have your name, club, school and office or virtually any other words translated into traditional Chinese or Japanese characters and hand carved into a traditional stone signature stamp. Each signature stamp is hand carved to order and therefore 100% unique.

 

Our custom made hand carved signature stones are carved on your choice of stone in a traditional seal script. We will include a personal explanation (in English) of what your custom made signature stone means.

 

In China for many centuries, a seal was a symbol of power and authority. The emperor's seal was called Xi which gave authority to all his inferiors, and governments at different levels all issued orders endorsed with official seals. It had been widely accepted that the seals stood for different levels of government and their corresponding powers. At personal level, a chop seal with your name had been generally used to indentify as your signature and verification. Even nowadays, many foreign businessmen who are so used to signing their names in a contract found with astonishment that their Chinese counterparts preferred to use seals.

The Silk Road Enterprise proudly carries on this wonderful tradition with an assortment of hand selected, hand-carved stone seals. Antiquity, artistry, and the quality of the material from which a seal is carved determine the value. We offer a range of prices from $42.00 to $125.00. No two pieces are exactly alike and we offer one-of-a-kind-creations as well.
